Application
- Danish, German, Polish and Swedish applicants need to apply directly to their home universities in Esbjerg, Halmstad, Lemgo or Wroclaw.
Applications to Esbjerg, Lemgo or Wroclaw: Please use attached application form, tick the university of your home country and where you wish to start the first semester.
Application to Halmstad: Please apply via www.studera.nu, course code no.: HH-93009
Please note: Submit your application to only one of the four universities. - Other European and Non-European applicants need to apply directly to one of the universities in Esbjerg, Halmstad, Lemgo or Wroclaw.
Applications to Esbjerg, Lemgo or Wroclaw: Please use attached application form and tick the name of the university where you wish to start the first semester.

Please note: Submit your application to only one of the four universities. We advice all students to apply to the university at which they are planning to spend the first semester, since this will give a faster admission. This is particularly important for students who need a visa for the country where they want to go.

Please first check the curriculum of our IT programme and then decide where to start your studies!

Application to Halmstad:
Application deadline for Swedish students is 15th April. After this date applications are still accepted at www.studera.nu but these late applications will be processed after the application received before the deadline.
Application deadline for Non-Swedish students is 15th January each year. After this date applications are still accepted at www.studera.nu but these late applications will be processed after the application received before the deadline. -
Application to Esbjerg, Lemgo, Wroclaw:
Application deadline is 1st March each year for Non-EU students requiring visa. European students shall apply by 15th April. Later applications will be considered if places are still available.
Application Documents
The following documents should be included with applications:
- Certificates and diplomas from previous university studies
- Transcripts of records including grades and course syllabi from previous university studies
- English language proficiency documentation
- If not available earlier, all applicants must submit their final exam grades by August 1st.
- Only certified copies with translations in English are accepted. If documents are not in English officially certified translations are requested.
Selection
Each of the four participating universities accepts the best students. A total number of 50 students will not be exceeded. If the number of applicants fulfilling the requirements for admission supersedes the number of study places, a selection will be made by the admission board. Their decision is final and not subject to appeal.
Confirmation
Accepted students will be notified in writing of their admission by June 1st. A signed confirmation of attendance must be returned until June 15th.
